"It was not clean, the towels were old and looked dirty. No phone in room,the mini fridge was literally on 3 legs and it was ice frozen inside. I did complain to front desk and through the website and I was supposed to get a refund and I still have not seen the refund. "

"Pros: The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Cons: The walls are very thin and it was very easy to hear the people in the next room. They were not being extra loud just having a normal conversation but you could hear them clearly. A bit over priced for what you get. No breakfast just a cup of coffee. "

"Great resort, very clean, pet-friendly, loved walking to the restaurant and sitting outdoors with our dog while overlooking the lake. Food was amazing and the staff were so nice and helpful. We rented a boat right off the property and boated through the London Bridge area, went to a great restaurant on the water, Ghost Mine Saloon. We are in our 50's, yes there was Spring Breakers but going during the week we really did not notice them, most were across the lake. We will definitely be back."
