This is a good basic hotel if you need a place to stay while at the lake. It is located in a great spot close to many restaurants and the bridge.

Great location, friendly staff

Great place with friendly staff, guests are in great spirits here to have a fun adventure in Lake Havasu City, there's a view of the lake and the beds are extremely comfortable. The refrigerators are larger than most microfridges and their policies ensure resources are highly available to all guests.

We booked because it had a pool and was close to the lake area we wanted to hang out at, for a decent price on a holiday weekend. The pool was drained and empty. The room smelt horrific and the bathroom was so foul my kids wouldn’t even get in the shower. We left the first night and found a different place to stay.

Great value for your buck at a pretty convenient location. Check in was really fast, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the room cleanliness and how easy it was to unload and load back up our belongings.

It was good for the amount you pay to stay but I’ll let you know if you stay here be careful because me and my friend woke up incredibly sick the next day. We went to the er once we got back into town and were told we had bronchitis. Very friendly though and had everything we needed.
