Hotel is very clean, staff is amazing helping guests, I took my dog with me and they only charged $20 fee which is great and assigned me a great room. Everything was really clean and breakfast was included from 7:00-10:00.

Marla provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my stay. I needed to rebook my hotel in Lake Havasu, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was able to help me keep the same room and get everything rebooked without having to move. I really appreciate her patience, kindness, and willingness to help. We stay here every time we come to Havasu for over 15 yrs now. The new owner is starting upgrades that are nice and the staff is always so friendly. It is also next door to one of our favorite restaurants so we literally walk across the parking lot for dinner.

The hotel was okay, we were put in a “pet room” but didn’t have any pets. They don’t clean the rooms during your stay and you have to give a towel back to get a towel. They give 2 towels so you have to go back to the front desk during your family trying to shower. Other than that, good location and decent for the price.
