We have stayed here several times. Free breakfast is one of the best for a motel. We stayed 3 days. No maid service for those days so we did need to empty the trash. Wil stay again when in the lake havasu area.

I like the fact that the walls were cement at very quiet between rooms. If you're in the front of the property, it's a lot quieter. The rooms were good and seemed clean. The only thing I found with the room was the floor hadn't been mopped in a while.It was swept and everything.But if you had bare feet, your feet were black by the end of the day. I'm sure it's because there is asphalt outside.And people bring it in on their shoes. Makes the towels black when you stand on them. The breakfast is nothing spectacular.The coffee was good.

The hotel was in poor condition. Stains on the furniture, pull out sofa bed was dirty to the point our guest didn’t sleep on it. The staff was nice though. The lady at the front desk even waived our early check in fee. So I only have positive things to say about her and the service she gave us. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again. It was an unpleasant stay.

Coffee maker still had used grounds in it. Bathroom stool seat is too thin making use of the stool impossible except in standing position. Change out the seat. Ice water in the bar area was a very nice amenity. Staff seems "harried".

Person checking us in appeared to be on meth or something? Lobby looked nice, but rooms are needing updating and cleaning. Best part about the place was the view from the breakfast room. Motel is conveniently located. After first night of diesel trucks running right outside our door and car alarms going off all night, we asked for a refund but they would not give us our money back. Next time we'll pay more for a better motel.

Room floors were very dusty. Asked the desk staff to get cleaned. Never happened. Just asked the housekeeping people for a floor wash on our way out for the day they did a wonderful job. New towels clean beds and floors clean. Breakfast was hit and miss. Need more staff when busy. No knives for much of the 2 weeks. Out of pastries. Juice not filled. Water empty. Need better service in breakfast. But loved our stay other than that. Pool was great..but need some umbrellas and loungers. I would definately come back just need to work on a couple things

The property and grounds are very dirty. The sidewalks and paths have not been washed off or sprayed off in a long time. Very, very dirty such a simple thing to clean. The floor in our room had not even been mopped. There were coffee spills and dirt on it. The coffee maker still had a used coffee packet in. It had not even been cleaned. The only thing in our room that was clean was the bed. The breakfast was pretty good. They were out of eggs so I had to ask them to make more. The dispensers in catering dishes were all dirty on the handles. Like nobody ever washed them off. The handle on the coffee dispenser was disgusting. My wife and I are both janitors custodians. So we know what it takes and this place just does not have it.
