"Accommodation was central, clean and well maintained. Martina provided great communication and check in. There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot. The room was just like the photos, and we could walk across the road for dinner/breakfast, great location! Thank you!"

"It’s more of an Airbnb-type accommodation rather than a hotel. Check in and check out were fully virtual but the host was responsive and made it easy enough. The parking is offsite and the hotel is a bit hidden but overall a good price and in a central and convenient location. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"The host was extremely helpful. She met us at the door to show us our place then explained everything in detail about the facility as well as helped us booked luggage storage right on site for the next day. The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night. It was also extremely convenient to La Spezia train station for Cinque Terre as well as the main histrionic area around the corner of the apartment. Great stay overall."

"It's a set of rooms in an apartment building. No staffed reception, but the owner got in touch with check-in details and that worked fine. It's a few minutes walk from the train station so convenient for trips to the Cinque Terre. I'd syay there again."
