Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre oder zur Erkundung von La Spezia. Restaurants, Supermarkt und Fußgängerzone 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Bahnhof ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sympathische Besitzer die eine Menge hilfreiche Tipps auf Lager haben.

The host, Elisa, was very helpful! She met me at the property to give me access, and also provided recommendations for travel routes and local restaurants. This was my best choice of stay in Italy by far.

The host was extremely helpful. She met us at the door to show us our place then explained everything in detail about the facility as well as helped us booked luggage storage right on site for the next day. The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night. It was also extremely convenient to La Spezia train station for Cinque Terre as well as the main histrionic area around the corner of the apartment. Great stay overall.

The location is convenient as it’s is very close to main station. It’s also in the city center. Room is spotless and amenities are perfect for our 4 nights stay. AC works extremely well. No issue with the internet. Loved this place. The manager lady is super helpful during our stay. I have never come across anyone who is so energetic and caring hotel attendant/manager like her during my many years of travel. She definitely made our stay more enjoyable and memorable.

Ingen parkering og åpningstider resepsjon stemmer ikke. Familie som leier ut rom. Ikke et hotell. Mye trafikk og bystøy. Parker ved togstasjonen, gateparkering frarådes da det er trangt og biler tvinger seg inn på for lite plass. Men: Veldig hyggelige eiere som vil en det beste!

This property is conveniently located minutes away from the main station that brings you to the Cinque Terre's villages. Very clean and spacious rooms. The beds were super comfortable. Great host that is super helpful with restaurant recommendations, knowledgeable on where to find free parking in the area.

The property is very close to the main station, making it extremely convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre. The owner is also very friendly and provides all the information you need for your stay. Free parking spaces are a bit farther away, but it’s easy to stop nearby to drop off your bags.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Elisa and Simone were incredible hosts—so welcoming, kind, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They took the time to show us around and shared everything we needed to know about the city, which made our trip so much more special. Their hospitality really stood out, and we felt right at home. If you are looking for a great place to stay with fantastic hosts, this is it. We will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, and would love to stay here again! Magnifique hébergement, idéalement situé à La Spezia, avec un accès facile aux superbes Cinque Terre, mondialement connues ! Elisa est extrêmement attentionnée et serviable, la chambre était d'une propreté impeccable. Un grand merci à elle et à Simone ! Gare des Cinque Terre à 5 minutes à pied, ferry pour les Cinque Terre à 10 minutes à pied, zone piétonne de La Spezia à moins d'une minute à pied. Ho alloggiato in questa Affittacamere e lo consiglio a tutti perché si trova in una posizione strategica a soli sei minuti dalla stazione centrale per poter poi visitare le cinque terre, ma non solo i proprietari sono stati deliziosi e la camera era bella, spaziosa e in ottime condizioni.

The owners met with us upon arrival to show us our room and gave us all the info we needed to explore the area. They checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. The room was spectacular. Very clean, plenty of space and well supplied. The location was a 5 minute walk from the train station. Highly recommend!

The property itself is quite unique with spacious and comfortable rooms. Access is by arranged meeting since the property is not accessible from the street without a key. We were greeted by Simone who gave us access to the property along with a friendly welcome. Elisa then gave us the rundown of the property over a complimentary caffe and proceeded to give us friendly advice and dining recommendations as well as a welcome bottle of chianti. Overall, this was an excellent stay. the only drawback was parking. free parking options were not easily found at the time we arrived, and we ended up paying for parking in the train station parking garage.
