The hotel staff was helpful and the best part for me was the weighing scale by the elevators to weigh our luggage. That was really helpful for us to decide whether or not we need to add baggage allowance."

Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries. "
