"Very clean facility, close to seoul central market and sindang station (5 min). For the location, price and the giant tub, definitely worth the price!! Clarify all check in details in advance and you won’t encounter any issues."
"Very nice common areas, everything you need during your stay in Korea is in the building including currency exchange, work areas, and baggage storage"
"It was a very nice hotel as the word of mouth did! The hotel staff was also very friendly, kind and comfortable. The room was beautiful, the bed was large, the windows were in two directions, and it was very bright, and the shower was so comfortable that I wanted to stay in the room forever😄 I would like to use this again next time."

ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun
10/10 Excellent
"It’s our second time staying at ENA. We had a great stay last time so we chose to stay here again. The front desk always greets you with a smile. There are two washer and dryers if you wanna do your laundry. Namdaemun is a convenient area for sightseeing so location is excellent. We like ENA! "
"Just a quick walk away from all the hustle of Myeongdong street! Great authentic restaurants nearby with lots of locals. Our family had a great time here."
ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong (Newly renovated in 2025)
10/10 Excellent
"The location is great, easy to get to many places by walking or take public transportation. The staff here are helpful and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. "
"Very friendly, professional, and accomodating staff. I stayed in a single-bed room (as a solo traveler) for 5 nights. Worked for me as I was out exploring the area most of the time. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to parks and shopping malls. It's also about 15 minutes from Meongdong, which I didn't know upon booking the room. Meongdong is a fun touristy place to walk around and try street food.
The single rooms in the hotel are quite compact, so if you are planning to travel with others and/or be inside for lengthy periods, perhaps opt for a larger space. Still, I was very comfortable--bed, bathroom, shower etc. all was well-kept and clean. I also paid for breakfast each morning at a very reasonable price. They offer buffet style with many options. I am vegetarian and was able to get my fill of eggs, fruit...and coffee.
I will plan to stay here again when back in the area. Many thanks. "
