The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. "AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. Once inside, we were shown to our room which was pleasantly quite spacious! It was simple but yet so cosy. The room was also really clean and tidy.
Getting around was quite easy as well. Located in between Suria Sabah and Imago Shopping Mall, we didn't need to walk far to both places.
The best thing about it was the service we received. Need 2 bottles of water, BAM, we received 4 in the next minute. Communication via whatsapp was prompt and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here."
