Love this place

This was a was a great place to end our 1 month vacation in Sabah Malaysia. Next visit to KK we will just skip everything else and stay here. Awesome place.

It was nothing like the other Marriott that I have stayed in. The promised me a service but when I arrived nothing was prepared. Shower head in the room was broken/malfunctioning. Not worth the price I paid. Food was not great either. However the staff were humble, friendly and nice.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel as the staff were very helpful and the view was outstanding. Great views of western sunsets from top of hotel where the pool was also located. Highly recommend!

When we arrived the girl at the counter told us there was an issue with water pressure in some of the rooms. She didn’t know which rooms which we thought was strange. We were tired from our travels so we told her we would take the room anyway. When we got to the room the water pressure and temperature was fine. Other guests were taking refunds and changing hotels because they were being given the same information. It was around 5PM and I was glad that we didn’t go through the hassle of finding another hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
