"Terrible experience with LantaWhiterock. As other reviewers have experienced, our booking was also cancelled a few days before despite us booking months prior.
Eventually, with the help of hotels.com, we were put up in another hotel nearby.
Terrible hotel that overbooks and then cancels at the last minute when finding alternative accommodation is hard. Would not recommend."
"Villas are directly on to the Beach. Beach is stunning, and amazing restaurants and bars all along the beach. The check staff spoke very good english and gave very helpful specific instructions. We could have spent alot more time at this amazing resort. Lanta walking street was a 7min tuk tuk drive away to the shopping markets Also English speaking tour service at reception to help plan your tours. We loved our stay at koh lanta Beach Bungalow "

"Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. I would suggest perhaps bringing your own snorkel gear for the best experience."
"Booked because we found cockroaches in another "premium" hotel we booked around the area. This hotel is a hidden gem and is worth more than it charges right now since it's new. The amenities, cleanliness, and the fact everything is new make this a must-stay property. Only 7 minutes walk from the beach in a very empty part of Long Beach."
"We had a fantastic time! They were wonderfully eco-conscious which is very important to us. The staff was friendly and super helpful. My husband hurt his leg and we had to go to the clinic, the wonderful staff at Narima arranged the entire thing. We had an awesome time and definitely encourage others to stay!"
"We had a lovely time staying here. It was just a short walk from the beach. The room was cute and clean. The staff were wonderful and helped us arrange excursions and transport. No elevator available so if stairs aren’t possible for you than don’t book. Otherwise it was great! "
"Fint hotell med bra läge på stranden. Enkel frukost. Något dyra rum i förhållande till nivå på boende. Bra utbud av goda smoothies och smårätter vid poolen. Fantastiska iced latte! Underbara solnedgångar. Väldigt få som åt på restaurangen på hotellet.
Få solstolar. Gäster var ute och paxade stolar före 0600. Skolklasserna med barn som bodde på hotellet tre dagar som fullkomligt tog över både poolområdet och stranden under dessa dagar drar ner betyget."
