+ Fantastic personnel - friendly and helpful + Beautiful location - Rooms full of mosquitoes (additional mosquito nets provided at the rooms), lots of sand flies at the beach (the medical center at the island confirmed the problem), huge herds of stray dogs swarming the hotel and surrounding areas

Very nice resort

A very nice hotel with a excellent location on the island. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and serviceminded. The only bad thing is all the long-tail boats and the noise when they pass the hotel all day.

We enjoyed our stay at Sivalai Beach Resort very much. The staff are kind, observant and diligent. The facilities are highly maintenanced and both indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean, even the beaches are being swept, an effort that are highly apreciated. And most importantly, the kitchen there is really doing a great job. In all, we had a really time there.

Awesome Resort

Soup to Nuts, my son and I had a wonderful stay. The room, staff and location were all top shelf. The resort was also clean and the grounds were maintained nicely.

It is an awesome property with a stunning beach and amazing staff. The beach villas are geat and the island is still not very mass touristy. It is a calm island so please don't go if you want to drink and party.

Great hotel, but poor breakfest

Great hotel and lovely island and beach. Only let down was the breakfest, which was quite poor considering the price and possibilities to make it a nice experience.

Nice beach. Bungalow a little dated. Bathroom dark. Check-in could be improved. Breakfast a bit chaotic. Evening meal tasty but more expensive and no better than walking into the village restaurants. Best location on the island.

We loved the resort, but we saw a lot of plastic bags, cups, bottles on the beach. We picked them on our way. It’s sad to see so many, especially near the bridge. The resort could have provided beach bags for guests who wish to pick up plastic items. Thank you.

Nice clean cabin second row from swimmable beach. Good breakfast. Walking distance to city center. No money exchange in city center. Property phone number not working. Hard to communicate problem with reception. No instructions on how to operate safe box in a room. Employee communicate with walkie talkie. Hard to get around island through muddy roads. Island still recovering from Pandamic.

Helt fantastisk hotel - med rigtig god service. Deres beachfront villa skal man vælge, så man kan vågne op til udsigten af havet. Især en kæmpe tak til Soon i aktivitetscentret, der sørgede for bådture og tips. Vores kaptajn mae på båd nr. 9 var ligeledes god.i alt kæmpe ros til hotellet og især personale.

Paradies gefunden! Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Bungalows auch in 2. Reihe alle mit Meerblick in der Ferne. Service super, Frühstück und abendliches Restaurant auch. Massage fantastisch, natürlich teurer als im Ort aber bei tollem Ambiente, Himmlisch entspanntes Dorf mit allem was man braucht.

Fantastisk hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet. Rene og pene rom rett på stranden. Fantastisk god service. Vi hadde egentlig booke «second row» bungalows, men siden de hadde rotet med bestillingen, ble vi oppgradert til «first row» kostnadsfritt. Anbefaler alle first row, beste utsikten. Kommer garantert tilbake.

Väldigt bra service och otroligt vänligt. Mycket vackert läge. Det enda negativa var att det finns sandflugor på stranden (små som bananflugor) vars bett blir som myggbett och kliar mycket. Det går att spraja sig med myggsprej men man får ju fylla på med nytt efter varje bad. Det är olika hur man tål dem men alla 3 i vår familj fick många och det kliar.

Flott sted som kan anbefales!

Det meste ved dette stedet er bra. Spesielt beliggenheten med strand på begge sider av odden hotellet ligger på. Bygninger og fasiliteter trekker kanskje litt på årene, men det gjør ikke noe. Utenfor hotellområdet i selve landsbyen er det stedvis litt rotete og forsøplet.

Tolle Hotelanlage am wunderschönen Strand. Herzlicher Empfang. Wir hatten den Bungalow 1st row- ein herrlicher Ausblick, besser geht es nicht. Das Restaurant ist neu renoviert, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen ist super, zu guten Konditionen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen.
