"今回利用するのは2回目。駅近くで立地はすごくよい。
チェックイン方法は24時間前に連絡するとあり、指定された手続きを行なったがチェックイン予定時間が過ぎても連絡がなく、expedia経由で問い合わせて連絡が来た。他にも同じような宿泊者がいて、ホテルの玄関で立ち往生していた。システムのトラブルなのか運用がうまくいっていないように感じる。チェックインできずにあきらめて帰る人もいるのではないか。
前回も口コミに書いたが、エアコンのフィルターがホコリだらけでエアコンの効きが悪かった。前回とは別の部屋だったが、改善されていない。また風呂場でホコリを落とすと寒いぐらいに効くようになった。
洗濯機があり、洗面台の下に洗剤と柔軟剤も用意されていた。
建物は新しいが、その他細かいところで清掃が行き届いていない。
トイレットペーパーの替えが部屋に用意してなかったが、チャットで問い合わせしたらすぐに持って来てくれた。無言で。
インターホンが電源を切っているのか使えなかった。"
