We arrived at 1.30pm for check in but the room wasnt ready and will be delayed past the check in time so the staff let us wait by the restaurant and enjoy the complimentary food or drink. "There appears to be a strong smell coming from probably the drains. Some rooms smell more than others. The bed was very hard. Staff were excellent and nearly always friendly. Cleaning could have been done daily, as opposed to upon request. Upper level pool was awesome, but the sun chairs urgently need to be replaced. Oh and 10/10 breakfast curries."

The free transfer from the airport is much nicer than advertised - we had a private car with AC, free water, and their own private speedboat to the island. "Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot. "
