"A great hotel. It is modern, comfortable, clean, quiet, and in a great location. The service is among the best we have had anywhere, better than hotels that cost twice as much. Every member of the staff that we encountered was amazing. The restaurant and restaurant staff is also terrific. "

"We felt absolutely spoiled here. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Easy to find cabs and the bus was just outside giving easy access. Good restaurants within walking distance though not in the thick of things. Definitely recommend."

"Recently stayed here for 4 nights and had a really nice time. It’s in a walkable area, with restaurants and a 7-11 close by. The staff was incredibly helpful and our room was clean and spacious. Would stay here again. "

"Very comfortable stay. Not sure we chose the best location to explore Kyoto but we managed with the bus and trains And lots of walking. Lovely friendly staff. "
"This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The hotel is new and clean. We got the room with 4 twin beds and it was great for our family to have our own beds. The bathroom is also spacious. The onsen was great!! It has 3 tubs with different temperatures with lots of shower space. The locker room was big and has a few vanity areas. The laundry has 4 machines but we still had to wait for our turn but it was not too bad. The hotel has direct access to the train station which is nice. The lower floors has a few restaurants to choose from which is great! There’s also some activities you can do at the main floor and they also sell snacks. The hotel is right beside a 7-Eleven which was very convenient."
"The location is excellent. It is just across from Exit 4 of the station, with a hotel right opposite. The design is modern, smart, and very well thought out. We really liked everything about it except the room size. We only brought two small suitcases, but even those were hard to fit inside the room. It was quite difficult to move around or open the luggage fully. Apart from that, everything else was great and very well designed."
"No complaints aside from the lack of laundry machines. There were only 3 washers and 3 dryers so that was a bit of a struggle. Otherwise, great hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. "
"We loved our stay! Hotel was clean, and in a safe quiet area of town. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! So happy we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto."
