島根の共立リゾート（佳雲＆月夜のうさぎ）に宿泊した際に、両宿ともとても良い宿だったため、今回こちらを予約しました。 しかしながら、今回はいくつか残念に感じる点がありました。 宿泊客のマナーが良くなく、受付で大声を出したり、貸切風呂ではカップルが2か所の前に1人ずつ座り、空いた方に入るといった使い方をしていたため、なかなか順番が回ってきませんでした。 夕食は全体的には美味しかったものの、魚の天ぷらはやや生臭さがあり、黒毛和牛のすき煮には軟骨が混ざっていて残念でした。朝食ビュッフェの果物も傷んでいるものがあり、全体的に料理のクオリティが低く感じられました。 その中で、夜鳴きそばは部屋に持ち帰って食べることができ、味も良く、良かった点だと思います。 期待していただけに、残念な気持ちが強く残る宿泊となりました。

素晴らかったです。 素晴らしい中の辛口にはなりますが、フロント対応に時間がかかり、予約した内容と年齢区分が違う？いやまてまて。私はこのサイトに従っただけやぞ、、 と思いながらのスタート。 お風呂、朝食は最高でした✨️ 夕食に飲み放題プランがあれば最高です。 以前、嵐山の花伝抄にはありました！ おばんざいも食べ放題でした。 夜鳴きそばの番台さん、勤務中に喋りすぎ！なくらい喋ってました(;_;) 色々気になる箇所がありながらも星5です！

Return visit to this hotel because we loved ita cleanliness, private onsen and hospitality in service. It was slightly disappointing as the special pillow options ran out the day we arrived. Initially we thought it was because we checked in late on our first day but the pillows were basically non existent. Hope they work somehting out for the system to ensure each guests gets to choose a pillow fairly

The location is good. Just a short 3 minutes' walk from the JR station. There is a convenient shop nearby and one JR stop will bring you to Kyoto Station where you can connect to the other parts of Kyoto. The hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. The hotspring is comfortable, with 5 private onsens and 2 public onsens to cater to all needs. There are additional perks such as welcome drinks, snacks, ice-cream and lamen available every day. The room is spacious and well equipped, with hair-dryer, fridge and safe and also choices of pillow. Bed is comfortable, aircon is strong and water pressure is good. The breakfast has a large variety and delicious, with lots of items includes rice, noodle, fish, meat, vegetables, eggs, soup and many others. Overall I am very happy with my stay in this hotel and I would like to recommend travellers to this hotel.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le sol est fait par katami et donc pas de chaussure à l'intérieur de l'etablissement. Très bonne experience d'onsen. Et l'idée de mettre des boissons gratuitement est un plus important. Un peu cher pour kyoto mais merite son prix. Je recommande vivement pour relaxation et chilling

一入到酒店就要除鞋。。完全進入一個他他咪嘅世界。。一入到去就放啲鞋喺locker交鎖匙俾reception。。之後個程序每一次離開酒店就放低房鎖匙。。再攞返條鞋櫃鎖匙。。返嚟嘅時候俾返鞋櫃鎖匙再攞返房鎖匙。。我就試咗佢嘅日式晚餐。。真心都幾好食。。每日早餐自助餐，超級豐富。。而酒店裏面都有溫泉。。分別有五個私人溫泉同一個公眾溫泉。。夜晚仲有宵夜。。呢度服務好好。。下次再嚟京都我都會揀返呢間溫泉酒店

色々なお風呂があって、無料のサービスが多くとても良かったです。靴を脱いで過ごせるところも良かったですし、ウェルカムドリンクの豊富さや、和菓子が食べられたり、お腹いっぱいで食べられなかったですが夜鳴きそばがあるとか、とても満足。

お値段通りでした。 食事もお値段通り普通。 お風呂とサウナはおすすめではない。 いつも行く近所の温泉のみの施設の方がレベルははるかに良い。温泉とサウナ目当ての方はおすすめではないです。 アイス、ドリンク、夜泣きそばの提供があり 朝はビュッフェなので、小さなお子様連れにはリーズナブルでいいと思います。 ビジネスホテル感覚で安く泊まりたい方にもおすすめです。 掃除は行き届いており綺麗で快適でした。

Staffs were wonderful , very clean clean kimono every day , food was good water tea and coffee also matcha available all the time . Hot springs , natural hot springs, sauna and steam room available , at any time . Respect the culture no shoes, but locker provided for shoes. Shoes were provided. Loved the place. 大浴場が非常に広い上に、貸切まであり温泉施設は大満足。また、全館畳敷なため、リラックス感大。また、ドリンクや夜泣き蕎麦などの無料提供サービスも他にあまりないサービスであり、大満足。ただ、苦言はウェルカムサービスのビール。ぬるい上にコップも小さく、スタッフ対応もおざなりで飲んだら直ぐに帰れ感満載。ビール提供を標榜するなら中途半端に義務感満載でスタッフが提供するより無人でサーバ提供した方がいいと思う。 もし出来なく、このままの状態で提供するならウェルカムサービスのビール提供はやめるべき。正直言ってウェルカムなのに気分が悪かった。

Incredible stay!

Amazing experience to stay in a traditional style hotel. The onsen and facilities were very luxurious and it was experiential as well as a comfortable stay. Great place to stay with friends!

전철역에서 3분컷..가까워서 좋아요 단 목욕탕등.신발장 락커비가 발생하네요.. 전에 오사카에서도 비슷한 숙소에선..무료였는데요. 그것만제외.. 깔끔하고..조용하고..목욕탕시설도 좋아요

One subway stop from Kyoto Station. Not many restaurants nearby but it is a quiet location with the hotel next to the subway station. Facilities are great. The hot spring is good.. could have provided towels instead of asking guests to use own towels from the room.
