Great location right inside Kyoto Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary beverages offered daily from 3:00 pm were a lovely bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Property Well maintained and clean. Staff, respectful, but hard to communicate in English. Food variety and quality for breakfast was excellent. Property does not have any area or a room to hold a meeting. No complimentary coffee or any drinks provided to guests other than in the room.

Great hotel right near Kyoto train station. We took the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto and the hotel was very easy to get to. Lots of restaurants and shopping right near by. Nice hotel breakfast.

Kyoto transportation system is limited compared to Tokyo. Staying in the station saved time and energy for all the walking we did. It’s very quiet even though the station is busy . Lots of options for eating and shopping. They allowed us to do eagle check in

Location is fantastic to access everything Kyoto has to offer. Right above the largest train station in Kyoto. Easy access to shopping, food and transportation. Modern looking hotel, very clean and well kept. Would be nice if there was a gym and pool.
