"Spent 9 days at the Pacific Club Resort. Upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Pacific Deluxe Premium Ocean View. The room was beautiful with great views of the mountains and ocean. The room was well maintained and the bathroom was in top condition. No mold on the grout, no grout falling out of the tiles like I've found in other Mexican or European hotels. The in house restaurant has excellent selection of food. The buffet breakfast has different selections each day. The staff throughout the resort are awesome. Very friendly and inexpensive laundry service is available. If you like to pamper yourself the spa is fantastic. Finally, when you arrive, download the BOLT application for transportation around Karon, Kara, Patong, or old town. The most expensive trip from Pacific Club Resort to old town cost a little over 10 U.S. dollars one way using the BOLT app. Go to Pacific Club Resort you will not be sorry."

"We had an amazing stay at Centara Karon Resort! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Throughout our trip, our daughter unfortunately became unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in every possible way. Their compassion and support meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful. We highly recommend this resort to everyone and will definitely be coming back.
