"Terrible value for money. Apart from the excellent location there's no real reason to stay here. It is definitely not at 5 star standard. The rooms are dated and lacking modern amenities and the wardrobe space is tiny. Staff were inconsistent with no welcome on arrival. The breakfast booking was a complete fiasco with waits of over 30mins even when booking. Many of the vegetarian breakfast items were not as the contained fish or meat. The business lounge was closed for maintenance and there was no way to print important documents...after waiting for 30mins. The airport shuttle to Haneda has been suspended. The VIP drinks were limited and probably cost no more than 800 yen. "

Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "
