"This hotel was spectacular! Centrally located, 1-2 blocks from 5th Ave & 10th Ave, the hospitality was top tier, all inclusive, room service at 1am, upgraded to a king suite with a balcony overlooking the ocean! Request corner rooms 2234 or 2334 u will not be disappointed!! the restaurants were good, I was pleasantly suprised bu the buffet! Breakfast lunch & Dinner was all fresh fruit seafood, veggies, anything you want. Restaurant hostess Miriam remember our rooms ans the restaurant wait staff Sergio remembered our food allergies! As soon as I sat down an empty glass, Lucas or Demetrio were right there waiting to refill it. We didnt have to ask for ANYTHING while here. Even saw a few staff in the city after their shift & they were just as polite in public as they were at the Resort. I had such a good time that I dont even want to try another hotel! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that Ive ever slept on! "

"Hi, I enjoyed my stay. The resort and grounds are nice. The buffet food is meh but was able to find enough. The al a carte restaurants were better but tough to get reservations. They were all full even though they are only actually ~30% full when we got there. The beach is rocky unless you go down to Tulum resort. I am suffering from a lot of bites on my legs I assume were sand fleas from the beach. The entertainment was good on a couple nights, not so much on others. Nightlife is done a 11:30. No place to congregate or get drinks after that. Pay for the upgrade to use the other resorts as well or may get bored. Couple better restaurants at the other resorts. It was generally a good vacation but could use some improvements."

"We LOVED our vacation at Xcaret Arte Resort. From the moment you arrive at the airport you have a shuttle pick you up and take you to the hotel where you will be welcomed with a moist towel, a treat and ice cream popsicle. And that fragrance in the lobby! It smells so good. Every area of the hotel has its own distinct fragrance. The All Inclusive Package was just that, all inclusive. Down to your toothbrush and slippers. The Xcaret parks are so beautiful! We visited three plus the Chichen Itza pyramids. All of this plus transportation to the parks is included in your package. It is pricey but well worth it for what it included. We would definitely take this trip again."

"Rooms are solid, but nothing out of the ordinary. Finding staff willing to provide a good service was the biggest challenge. From getting golf carts to pick you up to follow through on requests, many areas and different people failed to deliver. We booked because las year we stayed at the Playa Mujeres property, and it didn’t live up to that. "

"The staff were pretty consistently rude for most of the week we were there. When we would ask for food at restaurants where they were serving at buffets they were consistently rude or acted like we were annoying them or like they didn’t want to be there. It was pretty shocking considering what we paid to be there. We wondered if they were treating us that way because we were Mexican-American and not White. No matter the reason, it was not OK. If you’re looking for a beach, this is not the place for you. The beach is very small, most of it is Rocky, and there was lots of sarga while we were there. We most definitely will never return here."
