"Second time here and the staff are all friendly, resort is spotless and plenty to do. Short walk to Playa Del Carmen or there a little shopping village to the south. Water actives on site, the drinks and the food are great."

"We had diner in the seafood restaurant and it was really good. The service and food worked very well. We had tuna with watermelon just Amazing as well as the octupus. At the main restaurant we had a super delicious mojarra and overall the food was good, service very good. The only sad thing is … the time went flying so fast but we only have good things to say. A very nice jungle environment with different kids of animals. It was really good. We think that bathrooms need to be updated, beds super comfortable y the sheets as well very comfy. The cleaning lady was super nice Make sure you try the tamales and chilaquiles."

"We stayed at TRS Yucatán for 9 nights for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. Our Ocean View Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the resort was beautiful. One of the biggest perks was access to the entire Grand Palladium complex, giving us plenty of restaurants, pools, and activities. El Gaucho was our favorite restaurant, and Churchill’s was our favorite spot for drinks. Christian and Javier were fantastic mixologists! The infinity pool was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. We also loved the spa, especially the included hydrotherapy and Zentropia massage. The TRS Perk and butler service were excellent. Our butler handled reservations, responded quickly, and made our stay feel extra special. The service throughout the resort was definitely a highlight. Breakfast and lunch at Helios became repetitive after several days, but having access to the other resorts made it easy to switch things up. Our only major complaint was the sales presentation. We were told it would take about 40 minutes, but it lasted nearly two hours. Overall, we absolutely recommend TRS Yucatán for a honeymoon. Great rooms, food, drinks, pools, spa, and especially service. We would happily return!"

"El señor Luis nos ayudó con todos nuestras reservaciones y estuvo encima de todo enviándonos mensajes todos los días para ver cómo es que estábamos y nos mandaba todas las actividades que había para el día. Era un placer estar con el señor Luis. Yo diría que si algún día tienen el placer de ir, pues pidan que él los pueda ayudar con todo. Yo y mi esposa no las pasamos de maravilla. No hubo un momento en que sentimos que no teníamos ayuda o alguien que nos chequee algo por nosotros. Él todos los días andaba por la piscina, buscando a la gente y preguntando cómo está todo y cómo nos iba a nuestro día, y si había algo en que él nos podía ayudar. Fue un placer a estar con él señor Luis. Muchísimas gracias por hacer nuestro primera y ojalá no la única vez un placer. Se lo agradecemos yo y mi esposa. Y también nos ayudó en arreglar el cuarto por mi cumpleaños. Un detalle muchísimo agradable con globos una piñata y también una botella de champaña. 🙏"

"The resort was beautiful and the rooms were very nice and super clean! We stayed at the Seaside Palms, the Seaside Suites was undergoing renovations. We had towel art on our bed everyday and the fridge was stocked daily as well. The pools were clean and a nice temperature. The majority of staff were very friendly, however some of the bartenders treated us as if we were bothering them (and we tipped okay). Unfortunately there was a great deal of seaweed when we were there at the beginning of August; we were only able to access the water one day. We had a blast in the main pool however, and the activity staff were all a ton of fun. Food was delicious and the entertainment in the evening was great. There was always a golf cart available for a ride to the restaurants and the drivers were very nice. I would definitely visit again but in the winter."

"We enjoyed our stay 4/5. There were some amenities and services that were advertised that we would have during our stay that we did not receive but overall it was an enjoyable stay. While we did go during low occupancy there were a few dining options but it left us slightly desiring more. while there was ample options in terms of food choice, authentic latin food was not among them. I felt like whole burgers, pizza and pasta are nice I expected to enjoy REAL authentic latin food I would not get back home in the US. We had a concierge who was very nice but once we turned down the presentation option to "buy in" we didn't hear from them. We did not have a butler, aroma therapy for our room nor the pillow menu upon arrival. Trivial things that were not a deal breaker but a little disappointing . All in all a good stay but I can't say it would be our first choice in and all-inclusive resort vacation."
