"Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar, es simplemente hermoso. Nos toco un cuarto precioso frente a la piscina en el segundo piso pero la primera noche fue incómodo por que teniamos un sliding door sin cortinas y el agua tenia un olor feo. El dueño fue muy atento, nos cambio de cuarto y el resto de los dias fueron perfectos. Disfrutamos de la piscina, tenemos fotos muy lindas y estabamos cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo si busca tranquilidad."

"The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water...

There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun. "We recently stayed at the Family Selection at Grand Palladium and had a mixed experience. While the property is beautiful, several areas need improvement, especially considering the price. One major disappointment was the beach, where a staff member told us the resort chose not to pay for cleanup, making it unusable during our stay.
