El hotel carece de playa, lugar para divertirse, un buen Dj, en la recámara había muchos mosquitos q no dejan descansar, los restaurantes en los q tienes q hacer reservación están llenos, deja mucho q desear

La playa está llena de piedras no se puede bañar En cuarto del hotel tiene goteras y al usar la regadera el agua se sale, Al usar el jacuzzi el agua cae en el cuarto por la presión que trae Gracias

Pésimo servicio el personal nos engañó desde que llegamos Con mentiras y algunas ínfimas amenidades pensaron complacernos Todo corriente y cero capacitación En medio de un probable huracán nos asustaron como si todo se fuera a perder Nunca nos avisaron q nuestro hotel abriría ese día el cual si aceptaron reservas cuando Hidden es solo servicio ... no concepto
