"I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane helped report it to management, and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. You have to go to the roof top open air restaurant- it is gorgeous and the food is excellent. The view of the city is amazing! Don’t miss it! Also the breakfast is very good! A wide variety and very healthy!"
