"What a wonderful hotel located in a very pleasing area, Altstadt Innsbruck. The owners have done a fantastic job updating this hotel built in the 1400s. Everything is top-quality from the furnishings to the hardware to the environmental intelligence to the breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at Weisses Kreuz twice now, and will stay there every time I visit Innsbruck. "

"Jag var mycket nöjd med min vistelse på Kapeller! Läget var perfekt, med gångavstånd till affärer buss/spårvagn in till centrum. Bra med kokvrå på rummet. Väldigt fint och mysigt område. Det ligger granne med en kyrka, vilket är otroligt pittoreskt men gör också att man väcks kl. 07 varje morgon av kyrkklockorna. Gjorde inte så mycket i mitt fall, men bra att veta om man planerar att sova ut. Ingen AC, men rejäl fläkt på rummet. Stabilt wifi. "
