"Super clean, quiet retreat in a gorgeous hotel. We arrived by train and took a quick taxi up to the beautiful area. The hotel provided bus/tram passes and we utilized them to go into the downtown area. Nice restaurants nearby- nice breakfast in the morning."
"A great place to stay in Innsbruck. Spacious (for a studio apartment), lots of windows and light. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again. "
"We loved this hotel. Located in a lovely alpine village, with very convenient bus transportation. They have very good breakfast and spa area. Recommend 100%"

"Thwe room was comfortable, however since it was warm I wish the air-conditioning was working. The heavy bedding was too warm especially since air conditioner didn't work and windows were not able to open for some evening cooler air. I liked your hotel except for things I mentioned. We are planning on coming again in 2027 for another 12 nights. "
"Location is amazing, parking garage is right across the street. Innsbruck however has lot of construction going on with several streets closed to traffic and so to get to the parking garage... took forever. This was not the hotel's fault just how things are. They were very helpful with advise on where to eat etc. Room was very comfortable."
"Located was perfect, 6 minutes walk from the train station, you could see it from the breakfast room window. Also easy walking distance to the old town. The welcome card was useful as it gave you free local transport, we used it to go up into the forest. The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a strange plastic room, but everything worked great, and it was a nice powerful shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. You could also leave your luggage in storage if you was early, which we did. Be aware its not a 24 hour reception, we didn't find this a problem though. Breakfast was delicious and we found there was plenty to eat and drink. Highly recommend. "
"The only issue was with a digital code needed for the checkin, that I have not received and no staff available initially. Room comfortable but AC not working. "
