The hotel was excellent and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were neat and clean. The sauna was a nice added bonus at the end of a day up the mountain and walking.

Lovely garden room: spacious, very comfortable bed, well-appointed room with coffee, tea, dishes, etc., modern bathroom, nice desk, plenty of variable lighting around the space. Very friendly and useful service at the front desk. Great location not far from both the station and the main sights in Innsbruck. Excellent value. I would absolutely stay there again next time!

Edgy hotel decor, but great service. Stunning views from the room and balcony. Room was small, but well planned. Clean & comfy. Staff were great, with little extras like small cups of tea on arrival, candies, apples. Only negative was the dim bathroom entirely in mini green tiles.

Welcoming and comfortable

Great welcome and excellent service throughout. The hotel is well located to be able to walk to the old town or to the station (or the bus is nearby). The room was fairly compact but big enough and the bed was very comfortable. We were there on Sunday so tried the brunch which had a good selection and used local ingredients.
