Pretty view from room 41

Very good views from the window. To get to old town or train station is a tram ride away. It takes about 20-30mins. Also be aware that there’s a church bell that rings sometimes.

Not the worst hotel ever, but a lot of sucky/weird things. Shower drain was clogged and the stupid shower doors don’t close so it flooded the entire bathroom with a less than 10 min shower. No heater in the room. Window was left open. Trash in the trash can. Only one small comforter and one pillow on the bed. Lobby/reception was surprisingly nice, but the room felt like a motel. Good location, but also right next to a farm so you’re greeted with animal smells as soon as you exit the property.

Vistelse under Roller derby world cup

Jag var mycket nöjd med min vistelse på Kapeller! Läget var perfekt, med gångavstånd till affärer buss/spårvagn in till centrum. Bra med kokvrå på rummet. Väldigt fint och mysigt område. Det ligger granne med en kyrka, vilket är otroligt pittoreskt men gör också att man väcks kl. 07 varje morgon av kyrkklockorna. Gjorde inte så mycket i mitt fall, men bra att veta om man planerar att sova ut. Ingen AC, men rejäl fläkt på rummet. Stabilt wifi.

Stay was too short!

A bit off the beaten path, until you see that public transportation is within an easy walk. Very nice accommodation for the price. We were only in Innsbruck for about 24 hours, and could easily have stayed a week.

Jeg var i innsbruck for at vandre i bjergene og hotellet har fin sporvognsforbindelse til hoved liften op. Hotellet er fint og rent, men jeg blev vækket begge nætter af lokale knallerter der larmede helt vildt.

Lovely hotel

Lovely location. Close to the tram that takes you into the city centre but in a lovely mountain view location that felt like being in the country. Breakfast was lovely & fresh. Staff all very friendly & cleanliness standards high. Really enjoyed our stay.

Vi overnattede her på vej sydpå, og det fungerede super. Rent, pænt og god betjening. Dog var vi der i højsommeren og der var varmt at sove på værelset, da der ikke var aircondition eller en blæser. Men ellers fungerede alt super, og de var søde og hjælpsomme.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Uns hat eine sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption empfangen und eingecheckt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war auch geräumig allerdings fehlten alle Handtücher. Aber nach einer kurzen Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurden diese sofort aufs Zimmer gebracht. Toller Service. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Frühstück war ausreichend vorhanden mit warmen und kalten Gerichten. Man konnte sich sogar sein weiches Ei selber zubereiten wie man es gerne möchte. Ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es aber. Der Platz zwischen den Tischen ist doch etwas beengt also muss man doch ab und an den einen oder anderen Gast etwas zum rutschen bitten. Auch das der Kakao und das heiße Wasser nur über die Kaffeemaschine zu erhalten war ist nicht ganz so toll da somit alles etwas nach Kaffee schmeckt, das muss man mögen. Auswahl sonst war ok von Marmeladen über Wurst und Käse. Auch eine kleine Auswahl an Joghurt und Fruchsalat gab es. Alles in allem ein passendes Frühstück. Zum hervorheben gibt es noch das der Parkplatz sowie auch eine Tiefgarage kostenfrei benützt werden können und gleich in ein paar Schritte die Trambahn vor der Türe ist.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, bequemes Bett, großer Balkon. Sehr freundlich und kompetent beim Check-in. Die Innenstadt ist gut mit der Tram zu erreichen.
