Clean, near grocery store (Billa Plus) & a couple of good restaurants (Asian & Austrian). Rooms are very small, but functional. Includes fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine (coffee & cream provided) stove top, microwave & dishwasher. Shared laundry facilities (detergent provided). Good for multi-day stay.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced in all of our international travels. I felt so uncomfortable (and slightly unsafe) as the attendee was cold and I felt like I was annoying him trying to simply check in. Didn’t even stand up, just sat on his computer, made no facial expression. It was horrible. Made our 1 night stay in Austria feel awful. Room was fine

Good value for money given other places in the area. 20 minute walk to the bus station or into town. Would definitely stay again. You can pay £10 for early check in. However make sure you ring ahead. They said I could come at 12pm but I got there at 2:30pm and my room was not made yet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Blackhome Innsbruck. Das Apartmenthotel hat uns mit seinem modernen Design und der schönen Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt etwas am Stadtrand, aber die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Bei unserer späten Anreise gab es zunächst ein kleines Problem mit der Zimmerbuchung, aber der freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter hat schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns aufgrund der Situation sogar ein großzügiges Upgrade angeboten. Wir bekamen ein wunderschönes, sehr geräumiges Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer, großem Badezimmer und kleiner Küche. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank für den tollen und unkomplizierten Umgang – wir kommen gerne wieder! Tipp für zukünftige Gäste: Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte unbedingt vorab einen Stellplatz reservieren, da nur begrenzte Plätze in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage zur Verfügung stehen. Für uns war das Parken dort sehr angenehm und absolut empfehlenswert.

für eine Nacht habe ich nichts vermisst; das Sofa ist für zwei Erwachsene etwas zu weich zum Übernachten, ist eher für Kinder perfekt, ansonsten aber sehr bequem, Decke und Kissen gut, Ausstattung Küche Kaffeemaschine Nespresso und ein Wasserkocher; gut fand ich die Möglichkeit das benutzte Geschirr gleich in den Geschirrspüler zu stellen, Tab war auch vorhanden. Einziger Negativpunkt, ich brauche eine Rechnung und auf diese warte ich jetzt seit 9 Tagen.

Espaço excelente e grande, equipe prestativa. Boa localização, com ponto de ônibus próximo que confere fácil acesso ao centro. o único problema mas isso é referente a toda Áustria: mercados e farmácias fecham cedo, caso precise comprar algo nesse sentido, precisa se antecipar pois após as 20h não tem nada aberto próximo.

Gute Lage, gemütliches Hotel mit Garage. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. In der Nähe gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und einen großen Billa mit guten Lebensmitteln. Man kann also etwas kaufen, aufwärmen oder schnell kochen. Alles war sauber – Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel. Der Kontakt mit dem Personal lief über Textnachrichten – sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren bei Fragen gut erreichbar.

Billederne var noget pænere end i virkeligheden stedet var blevet et håndværker hotel som allerede var blevet meget slidt og stedet må ikke kalde den for et 4 personer værelse da sovesofaen var meget dårlig og den var heller ikke gjort klar da vi kom også selvom vi ringet til dem fik vi ingen hjælp til at gøre værelset klar til 4 personer

Modernt hotell med många brister

Såg fram emot en trevlig övernattning men problem börjar redan vid incheckningen. Det är kö för det är självbetjäning vid en krånglig skärm och det går inte att boka parkering. Ringde ett nummer och får till slut hjälp att boka parking. Hela incheckningen tog över 40 minuter. Väl på rummet så är det väldigt varmt och kvavt. Än vad jag ställde AC på så blir det inte bättre. Öppnar balkongen för att få in lite luft men det låter väldigt mycket från vägen. Det finns bara en krok till alla hand- och baddukar. Väldigt liten plats för toalettartiklar. Väggar och dörrar är tunna så alla andra gäster hörs hela tiden. Vissa pratar väldigt högt och slår i dörrar. Det finns ingen frukost, det får man ordna själv. Mitt tips är att välja ett annat hotell!

La limpieza no fue realizada en nuestra habitación y no había nadie con quien poder resolverlo ya que llegamos por la noche, la basura no fue retirada de los huéspedes anteriores y olor era demasiado desagradable al interior de la habitación razón por lo cual tuvimos que dormir con la puerta de la terraza abierta para que entrara ventilación, pero fue muy incómodo ya que estamos viajando con nuestra bebé
