We loved our stay! Hotel is very charming and well appointed. The staff was very more knowledgeable about the city and activities. We could’ve stayed there for much longer and enjoyed every benefit. Rooms were clean, there were small damages on plaster etc which are easy fixes. The shower door was difficult to navigate as it opened towards the toilet, would be difficult for larger people. The room was very hot the first night even with the heating off. Staff advised there is heating within the walls which was set to 27 degrees and then this was turned down and resolved. They offered a fan if needed, but was fine after. Room had great views of the mountain (room 301) nice and quiet too. Staff were very helpful and lovely, good knowledge of the area too. Hotel is in a good location of Innsbruck and it is a lovely city. Did not use spa or breakfast but looked good. Thanks for a lovely stay. Would recommend to friends and family.
