"In consideration of the cost, everything thing was excellent, except that at check in, we were told there is no room with queen size bed that we have booked, but only rooms with bunk beds are available. We were also told it is Expedia’s fault to accept the booking…. Really? Well, when insisted, we were given a room with queen bed after waiting some time, but why does it happen in that way? Anyway, except this, all was good."

"We had a great weekend stay at Shangri La. It happened to be during a special Malaysia week food event at the restaurant that I read about on the flight into KL so we were able to take advantage of that and try so many things at once. Loved the iconic towers nearby. It’s not the easiest place to walk quickly to another restaurant but not too bad. Also Grab app made it easy to get rides. Husband loved the gym and yoga space. Room was very nice."

"Fantastic hotel situated close to Suria mall, KLCC Park and the convention centre. The hotel was very modern and had a good, well equipped 24/7 gym. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The staff were really helpful. A nice touch was the buggy service to and from Suria mall."

"Poorly managed for morning queue for breakfast. There was a huge group and the queue was super long . Should have a separate queue for guests that is not part of the group. So chaotic and I have to miss my breakfast"
