"So glad we booked our last night through Singapore here! The hotel and staff were amazing! We got in late, were upgraded, and the staff quickly responded to a few last minute needs! Paid extra for the breakfast, and it was fantastic! "

"We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our trip and were glad we chose this hotel. Having visited Singapore several times we wanted to stay in a more traditional and authentic neighbourhood. The surrounding area has some interesting old buildings and there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. many of which are good value. We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade on our room. It was comfortable with huge bed and lots of space. Bathroom was also large with awesome walk in shower. Staff were friendly and efficient. There is a small pool on the rooftop which was perfect for relaxing post sight seeing, and most of the time we had it to ourselves."

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."
