The in-room lighting system was somewhat confusing. We left a key card in the power slot because our AC turned off without it. The lounge/bar was open but had no staff when we went to go for cocktails. Aside from those issues the hotel is great. Really nice rooms, pool area and staff were excellent, reception staff also very professional and helpful.

I was placed in a second floor room facing the rear parkade and the view was dreadful back alley view so had to keep the drapes closed for my entire stay. Besides that the hotel had large rooms and a nice big pool. But interior is overdue for renovation.

The hotel is located in a convenient location, not far away from many scenic sites. The buffet breakfast is excellent, many choices. The hotel, like many others places in Singapore, is not wheelchair accessible. Nevertheless, we are happy with the stay.

We were in club access room on 7th floor which was fine. Unfortunately the canapés in the evening were non existent. They had heavy casserole dishes which weren't great like Mac n cheese and vegan lamb, so there was no light healthy options. Nice canapés would have been great which is what we read we were having. For the price we paid some sandwiches at lunch time would've gone down well.

The hotel is great and clean. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The Room was great and clean. The room size was also decent as we had a lot of luggage and there were 4 of us in rooms which included 2 kids aged 5 and 3 years. The only downside was that when we booked, we booked for 4 of us, assuming that they would have bedding for 4, we only had a king bed, which would fit 3 of us. An extra bed would cost us over S$100 per night. A bit pricey when compared to what we paid for the room. The breakfast was included for all of us, and was great with a great selection. Overall, a great stay as we were hardly in the hotel. We were mostly out during the day.
