Hyatt Grand Central New York
Overall, the hotel was solid. Great location, clean and a nice room. I was disappointed there was no coffeemaker in the room and I had to pay a daily “resort fee” when this was New York. I wasn’t going to lounge around the hotel (like a sunny, seaside hotel in Hawaii).

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
Very average hotel. The rooms are VERY small, with tiny bathroom. The lobby restaurant does not have enough staff to accommodate the hundreds (thousands??) of people looking to purchase coffee and food every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square. The grab and go breakfast was appreciated!
