"Stayed on Friday 13th. Gretted by the staff on arrival, very plesent and even got us into our room early, this was around 12:30pm which was great. The car park is at a reduced rate of £15 instead of the £25 for the day but thats still mad in my opinion. Not great for someone who's paid quite alot to stay at the property overnight. Room was ok, very small, we stayed here over 10 years ago and the rooms were bigger and nicer, this room had a Premier Inn feel to it, which is disappointing...

"This is a solid 4.3 star hotel. The location to GTech Stadium (15min walk), short bus ride away from the South Ealing tube stop, and price makes this hotel a great choice! "Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was a little outdated. Carpet was old and so were the curtains. Bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling and tiles and sink were stained. Could do with an upgrade. "

"Spotlessly clean room with adequate clothes storage and a nice clean shower room with fluffy towels. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low and pillows rather small which would have made the stay more comfortable. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. "

"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system.
