โรงแรมและที่พักในIsla Contoy

"Staff was amazing. Shout out to Felipe, Esai and Matilda. But ALL the staff were super, friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We were able to upgrade our room and loved the oceanfront sound and views. Our room kept so clean, sheets, towels and bar items changed daily."

"The best place to stay."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! We received VIP access through Expedia, which made our experience even more special. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was delicious, and the restaurants offered a wonderful dining experience. We also enjoyed the hydrotherapy facilities, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the...

"They went above and beyond to help after issues with room on day of arrival. Food was good, room was great, staff overall friendly and helpful but there were times that they were definitely overwhelmed/understaffed during busy eating hours. Not uncommon to wait for 30 minutes or longer from kitchen at especially busy times."

"We had an issue with our door lock/keycards we got 5 different sets of key cards due to the faulty lock on the door. We had the do not disturb sign out and cleaning staff still entered our room. Elevator in our building was not operable We had a hard time getting beach towels every day and getting a beach palapa was impossible. The chairs are also very far from the water Breakfast again was just ok not hot buffet style No sink even though we had a suite, For being an all Inclusive...

"What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it."

"Food is 10/10"

"I am definitely staying here again. Rooms were clean and kept up. Staff was great and easy to work with. Great massage area to"

"Love the place and the part of the beach but I wish we would’ve been warmed that it was under construction."

"Amazing staff"

"Best Stay Ever! Absolutely Incredible Experience! We had an absolutely amazing experience at Impressions! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was truly incredible, and the butler service made our entire stay feel so special and effortless. The food was great, the activities were so much fun, and the catamaran ride to the resort was such a unique and beautiful way to start the experience. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had...

"This was a beautiful resort with very beautiful views and the staff that severed us were very nice and helpful. The only complaints I have are there was hair in the tub and on the floor. Also the AC did not get past 22 Celsius and we asked for a different room or maintenance to fix it and the maintenance guy just turned the fan all the way up which didn't help."

"Good place for youger party crowd. A lot of noise from the street if your rooms out front. Plumbing and water pressure lousy. Had to ask for toilet paper."
