"The property and staff were amazing! This was our first time at an all inclusive. We opted for the excellence club level, but I don’t think it was necessary for our short stay (3 nights), all of the different options for dining were wonderful. We ended up spending most of our time at the main pool and our server Betsy was INCREDIBLE! We love her and she was so attentive. We can’t wait to return!"

"This was my second stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and both this trip and the one in 2023 were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the staff attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The restaurants I ate at were all delicious, a dish here or there was just ok, but by and large the food was very good. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back again."

"Property was in very good condition. Recently opened in December, the property still was in excellent condition. However, the amenities such as access to the pools was very disappointing. They closed at 6 pm (lazy river), 8 pm for main pools. Outdoor bars also closed very early, earlier than the pools. Also location of the resort was not ideal. Very windy and choppy water. No one was at the beach. Locals said this is typical for the location."

"Great service from our butler staff. Restaurants were above average. Booking reservations was a little difficult due to closures and low occupancy. I contacted the property several times ahead of our trip as well as during our trip for room decor for one of our three rooms for a 21st birthday (we dropped over $14k for this trip). It never happened. Not a huge deal but a simple request that could have made a big impression. Overall, the experience was good and the property met our expectataions....

"Was our first time at this resort and it far exceeded our expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and in general all the amenities provided were exceptional. We went as a family of four with our two seven year olds. They had activities at the kids club everyday and was a highlight of the kids experience. Great balance between kids activities and adults."

"The only thing we didn't like about our stay was the DJ at the pool twice in our week playing female degrading vile rap music while young drunk girls were rockin' it making a scene in the pool. Thought we were in Cancun! Won't prevent us from coming back but if we see that crap, we head back to the beach or elsewhere."

"Its about 45 minutes from the airport. The property is large but not to big. Beautifully landscaped with lots of shuttles at the busy times to move you around if needed. The butler is a nice addition to have someone to help rectify any issues or help book dinner reservations. Tons on beach chairs and umbrellas, pools are nice and was always able to get loungers for all of us at the same time. Food was average to above average for the all inclusives that we've visited. "Loved riding over on the boat! Beautiful resort and great rooms. Service was wonderful in restaurants, honestly wasn’t impressed with gal in coffee shop. She seemed put out when getting your coffee and nobody was ever in there. Very very quiet… no beach walking unfortunately. Food was outstanding in my opinion."

"Very nice resort and top notch staffing. A private butler makes the trip truly feel special but there were a few things that fell a little short. Yes it sounds small but the water slide is not functional this time of year which was a bit sad for the Mr. Stick to Sake, Wildfire, and Unik for dinner as they are by far the best restaurants on the property. The small resort is very relaxing and their daily activities cater towards that. Don’t expect party nights or people staying out late....

Our room was spacious and spotless, the pools are gorgeous, and the beachfront water is crystal clear. The food was excellent with great variety. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because 2 restaurants, a taqueria, a pool bar, and a roof-top pool bar were advertised, and only 1 of the restaurants and the main pool bar were open/available while we were there.
