While the location is absolutely beautiful and the resort has great potential, there are several areas that require significant improvement.
Communication from the concierge team could be more proactive and responsive, especially when addressing ongoing issues during a guest’s stay. The property itself is in need of updates and renovations. The pool, for example, was noticeably dirty with an unpleasant odor, and the wooden seating within the pool is deteriorating and chipping, which poses both a comfort and safety concern.
During our stay, the water service was shut off 4 out of 5 days, which created major inconvenience. Additionally, our bathroom was not functioning properly and would not flush, leaving us in unsanitary conditions for several days. The lack of warm water further added to the discomfort.
While the service at the restaurants and bars was excellent and truly appreciated, the beach area was often left unmaintained, with seaweed accumulating and not being cleared until guests began cleaning it themselves.
I would strongly recommend that management implement routine walkthroughs of all common areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction.
This property is in a stunning location and has so much potential. I would love to return in the future once improvements have been made.
