"This property is smaller and does not boast amenities such as an exercise room or large pool area. However, it is very well maintained and clean for the age and layout of the property, offers what a person would need for overnight accommodations while exploring San Juan, and the staff were super nice and helpful, and the property is overall in a convenient, central location and priced accordingly what it offers. "The location is great — situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the guest house itself is very secure, so I felt completely at ease. It’s within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, and not far from popular areas and bars, making it a great spot for exploring and relaxing. "I loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was simple but just enough to put something in your tummy before heading out for the day. I enjoyed that the Condado area was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Finding street parking wasn’t too much of an issue and never had to park more than a 3 minute walk away. There are a couple parking lots in the area but were on the pricier side."
