"This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. "Rate location, close to the beach and placita de Santurce. The checking was very smooth and the personnel was very attentive to all our needs. The property is immaculate, and the rooms have everything you need to enjoy Your stay. I stayed at the presidential suite with two beds two bathrooms and it was wonderful. The jacuzzi swas very relaxing and everything went smoothly.Very secure I highly recommend."

"I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere...

"With Casa Ciana….Beautiful place! While traveling with a two teenagers and Grandma We stayed in the three bedroom suite everyone was very comfortable, and place was clean with everything we needed. Parking was accessible and staff from Mr Jorge to the room attendees were quick to- attend guest. Definitely recommend and Casa Ciana."
