"We had a lovely stay. Mr. Ryo went above and beyond to welcome us and help us procure dinner reservations for our large family group. Our room was well appointed, attractive, and comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa!
A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops.

La única pega es que en estancias de menos de tres noches no hacen las camas ni hacen una limpieza en profundidad de las habitaciones. Alegan motivos ESG, pero es meramente un ahorro de costes porque, por ejemplo, sí cambian las toallas"

"Beautiful ryokan on a quiet street with excellent and kind staff. Traditional breakfast and kaiseki were delicious. Close to transportation to major sites. Walking distance to Nishiki market. When we return to Kyoto we will stay again. Highly recommend."
