"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. "Excellent hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with many choices. Spacious quiet room with comfortable bed. Good hot water and pressure. Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Big shopping mall complex within few minutes walking. Nice big park and river walk just outside hotel. Stayed many times before and will stay again."

"Ideal location, helpful staff, comfortable room."

"Very good location"

"Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. A bit far from the center of Seoul but worth it for the quality stay at the hotel."

"Good location near Gangnam shopping area. Spacious room but old. Friendly staff."

"Near Gimpo satation"

"Central location and great housekeeping staff."
