"The room was nice and spacious, but they didn’t refill the mini fridge or toilet paper when it got low. Room service was quick and buffet options were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Es una estancia básica austera"

"Great place"

"We stayed here for 1 week after a week at nearby Carimã Resort (see review). Same ownership. Hotel also sits off of Avenida das Cataratas. Breakfast and dinner very similar to Carimã. This hotel is a smaller scale, except for the extra-large game room and gym (larger than Carimã). The rooms and service excellent. A limpeza estava boa."

"The food selection is good."

"This is how they handle bedding: a flat sheet is used as the only cover for the mattress, and then a shared blanket with yellow stains and dirty spots is placed on top. This is absolutely disgusting. I honestly can’t stand it. It seems to be the same all across the Americas. The hygiene standards are terrible."
