"Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the general service met our expectations. However, we experienced issues with the shower temperature, which was very difficult to regulate. The staff did their best to provide temporary solutions, and eventually we were moved to another room, which solved the problem. We appreciated their efforts and responsiveness throughout the process. One aspect worth mentioning is accessibility. This was a family trip for four people, including two elderly guests with limited mobility. Some features made the stay less comfortable for them, such as the lack of non-slip mats in the showers and the absence of wheelchair availability. In addition, while the check-in and check-out process is modern and technology-driven, it can be somewhat challenging for older guests who are less familiar with digital systems. The breakfast buffet was adequate but fairly basic and repetitive, with limited variety from day to day. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service, but there is room for improvement regarding accessibility, breakfast variety, and some room facilities."
