Great service, good rooms, and breakfast.

The checkin took a long time because of the passports, but the staff was very friendly and tried their best to accomodate us at a reasonable speed. I do really appreciate that. As for the rooms, they were nice and clean with a bidet and decent shower, etc. I have no complaints about the room, we have 4 twin beds and so it was super comfortable. Regarding the location, it was OK, not far from the border and some facilities, but a little further from the falls than I had hoped. In any case, we had a beautiful view of the city from there. Breakfast, as was always the case whenever I went to any place in Brazil, was top notch! Loved it, and thank you!

Das Hotel hat uns gefallen. Der Jascusi war warm und Billiat konnte man auch kostenlos spielen. Nur wurden wir überrascht das man 50 Real extra für den Service zahlen musste.

O hotel é bom! O quarto amplo e confortável, com banheiro espaçoso, ducha boa e tudo muito limpo. Um ponto bem legal é a recepção, que conta com uma espécie de agência de turismo local — o atendimento foi excelente e já no dia da chegada consegui agendar um passeio para a Argentina logo após o check-in. O café da manhã foi sem dúvida, um dos destaques: muito bem servido, com boa variedade e ótima qualidade, foi uma boa experiência! Atendimento atencioso, estrutura boa e ótimo custo-benefício. Super recomendo!

Preço justo. Me hospedaria novamente.

O hotel é bom. Preço justo ao que oferecem. Café da manhã bom, limpeza ok, localização ok. Quanto ao isolamento acústico, deixa a desejar, talvez tenham que fazer alguma manutenção nas janelas. Como é em frente à rodoviária e ao lado de uma avenida, os quartos de frente, mesmo com o isolamento, são bem barulhentos. O ar condicionado do nosso quarto era muito barulhento tbm. Muito mesmo! No último dia, talvez o de maior movimento, a água do chuveiro não esquentou tão bem, mas o chuveiro é bom, sai bastante água.

O hotel é reformado e bem confortável. Não fica no centro, mas tem ônibus que leva para todos os locais tanto Paraguay, Argentina e parques brasileiros. Café da manhã muito bom.

Bom custo benefício em alta temporada

Tivemos uma boa experiência no Luz Hotel. Localização: Boa, apesar de afastado do centro, conseguimos nos locomover facilmente pelo Uber e 99. Apesar de estar de frente a rodoviária, o entorno é limpo e organizado, e o barulho não chega a incomodar (ficamos no 1 andar de frente para a rua). Quarto: Não é grande, mas muito bem conservado, uma boa oferta de produtos no frigobar e um chuveiro excelente, como ótimo volume de água quente. Limpeza: Destaque, tudo muito limpo. Café: O padrão para hotéis com grande volume de hospedes. Área de lazer: Não utilizamos, mas fomos até lá e é exatamente como fotos de divulgação. Pontos de melhoria: Poderiam investir em instalar TVs nos quartos com opção de canais de streaming.
