Really nice hotel. Technically a bit out of the city, however from what we saw there isn't a huge amount in Foz! Good quality hotel, nice room, big and comfy bed. The restaurant offers a buffet each evening for 115R which is really nice. Breakfast was very good. The pool is nice, water was cool but good for refreshing after the hot weather. There's a small gift shop inside. There are a few things you can walk to like a shopping centre down the road but mostly people seem to get taxis/Ubers or organised tours. Only 15 minutes from the Falls and the airport.

I enjoyed the location and the room was fine. Very disappointed with the VIP benefits, I didn’t receive an upgrade or even a good room. I had a connecting room and a view of a building. I asked for an later check out and they said no right away and I said can you please check because I have that option as Expedia VIP and he said I don’t have to check it’s no. The pool area is nice and quiet with lots of space. The breakfast is really busy in the morning with lots of families. Service can be improved. Proximity to foz do iguazu and airport is a plus.

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was great, the tapioca was really well made. Although it looks like a business hotel, the overall comfort of the hotel stood out—especially the bed, which was super cozy. The amenities were good, and the staff were consistently helpful. Honestly, almost everything was spot on. No real complaints, which is always a good sign. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay. Clean. Beds were comfy. Food was great. Large selection for breakfast. We checked in early evening and had not eaten yet so we tried their dinner buffet. Reasonable cost and slot of amazing food from soup to salad to several main dishes to choose from, sides and desserts. Very nice 2 level pool.

Convenient hotel

Overall the hotel served the purpose - location is convenient, beds comfortable with 2 sets of pillows, room is big and food was ok. We had both breakfast and dinner and for both, the impression is the same - variety is ok but the quality and taste could be better (e.g. coffee, pastries, meat dishes). It is also on walking distance to a nice shopping mall where you can buy souvenirs, acai and some clothes/shoes. Since the hotel and the area is revolving around Iguazu, I believe that the breakfast time should be adjusted to start at 6am instead of 6.30am. If guests have early tickets to see Argentinian side of the falls, they simply have no time for breakfast. Regarding the rooms, a few small improvements can be introduced: the toiletries are really basic (e.g shower gel is some general shampoo which leaves your skin dry and doesn't foam almost at all), there are not enough towel hooks in the bathroom and there is no water cooker to make a coffee/tea in the room. We were on the first floor and there are a lot of tree branches brushing off the window, which was waking us up at night - maybe it would help if they trim those.

Nice hotel for a night or two

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with many choices. Room was large and reasonably comfortable. Location isn't within easy walking distance to much, except a mall that is a little more than 10 minutes walking.
