"Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO .."

"This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). "Had a lovely stay. Very cute hotel, basic comfortable rooms, local art around. AC worked okay. Restaurant had great breakfast and lunch with organic choices. No pool onsite, the pool is at a nearby sister facility. Roosters start their talking at 5:30 am, but that is to be expected - use the ear plugs. Appreciated beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Will visit again."

"Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu.
