"I don't often leave reviews, but we really enjoyed our time here. This was our last of 4 stops on our 9 day vacation across Guanacaste. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the street and a convenient store is a 5 minute drive. Last but not least the staff at Sueño were incredibly pleasant and made the last leg of our trip a bit more enjoyable. "We arrived late after a long travel and wanted something close to the airport. We had limited options last minute. The walls in the condo needed a good scrub down. The beds were comfortable and clean. They provided way more than enough towels which was nice. However I felt like the place needed upgrades and wasn’t worth the big price. "This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE."

"Our family had a terrific time at this lovely property. The beautiful gardens were full of iguana and butterfly sightings and it’s just a 3 min walk to the beach. The included breakfast was quality and the rooms were simple but clean. Our kids loved the pool and we adults found paradise sipping the pina coladas delivered poolside. The private exited parking was also a plus as were the super friendly and helpful staff. Great find! "
