"Fantastic stay in this super convenient hotel very close to the Louvre and Opera. Tasteful rooms, lovely little pool. Hotel very quiet yet in the middle of an attractive area full of cafes, bistros etc. "
"Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"
"The staff was so helpful and kind. We landed quite early and although check in was at 3, they let us into our room by noon. As we were leaving for dinner they offered us umbrellas due to the weather. They obliged us with a late check out and help arranged cabs to the train station. Not to mention the bed was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel."
"We needed an hotel as a result
Of an emergency. Starting with the price in regards to the other hotels around the area, the hotel had a great rate. Additionally, the night time front desk manager was very friendly, bilingual, and welcoming. It was very helpful after having been victims of petty crime. The room was clean and big in comparison to other Paris hotels. The room decor was welcoming and the bathroom toiletries were of excellent quality. The bed and the pillows were also perfect for a good night’s rest. The bathroom has an excellent big shower. The only thing missing in the bathroom is a magnifying mirror. The rooms has a mini bar and the rooms on the 6th floor have a balcony. The lobby shows it’s an older hotel, but very well maintained. AlsoI couldn’t get the USB port in the room to work. However, the room and bathroom have many outlets. Thank you ! "
"A fabulous hotel in Paris, would definitely stay again! Room was lovely and much bigger than expecting, great big windows that open up over the street, comfy bed and great aircon, walkable to everything! "
"The hotel is just a few steps from the metro station. We exited through rue La Fayette and it's just in a beautiful and clean area. Lots of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options just around the corner. The staff are incredible and the sheets were very soft. There was some construction going on in the hotel but it didn't affect our stay since it's an upgrade and we spent most of our time walking around Paris and just the night in the hotel."
