"We came expecting to walk a distance to the main shopping area. We were pleasantly surprised the unit is just in the heart of the Hongdae area. The rooms are clean, and even had a welcome basket with snacks in it. The owner is very nice and replied to my queries very fast. The bathrooms come equipped with most necessities less toothbrush but we brought our own. There is a total of 3 queen size beds and one sofa bed. Comes with a kitchen and dining area with fridge, microwave and pots for cooking...

Rooms are basic, but nice with complementary charger and fridge, if you just need a place to test during your sightseeing this is a great spot.
Communal area is cozy and has plenty of offerings for a quick morning snack and breakfast before you head out.
Access is by code, host greets and gets you squared away quickly.

"Great location and super helpful host Jin who went out of her way to ease our trip. The hill leading to the guesthouse is pretty manageable unless you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. I would stay here again on my next trip. "
