What stands out to me the most was the service from the hotel staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location was convenient to most tourist things via walking and driving. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection of western and Vietnamese dishes

Very comfortable stay in friendly hotel

A very decent experience! Staff were very friendly special mention to Tien (sorry if I spelt wrong) on the door and Henry, Vi and Ha at the breakfast buffet. The staff all seemed keen to make sure my stay was excellent and asked after for my opinions. Breakfast buffet was top quality, different pho every day along with rice, noodles near fish, vegetarian options, fruit and pastries. Room was large, very clean and equipped with a working safe. The immediate area rather unexpectedly had a lot of Japanese and Korean restaurants, with well known chains if you're into that, I tired several of them, all authentic. I was recommended this hotel and without hesitation would recommend it myself.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The gate is impressive and luxurious. The rooms are spacious, but the toilet bowl is square, which is probably due to cultural differences.

The hotel is lovely to walk into, the staff are so helpful, food delicious and the pool is fun (if very small). However the room feels dated, it has not been designed with what travellers need - places to hang things, places to dry wet swimsuits, the bathroom has no room to put toiletries for more than 1 person. It was jist annoying. The shower was so powerful when I switched it on, because of the angel it had been left at, the entire bathroom got soaked, including towels and clothes. It was so so annoying.

Rooms functional but on the smallish side (family room). Breakfast menu and quality is standard and a bit rushed as it closes early (9:30 am). Restaurants in the area are mostly Japanese and Korean cuisine. Location is good and within walking distance of places of interest, including nightlife which is quite vibrant.
