On Google map, it does not mention that the street where the hotel located is one way for the cars, taxi drivers neither can not find the hotel, or do not want to take the booking or asking for more fare, the street is very dirty. I do not book the basement, and Expedia does not mention that the hotel has a basement. I was assigned a small and dirty room in the basement, it smells really bad, one night I woke up when it was raining, water was to my ankles, and every where in the room, my medicines on table get wet, my luggages get wet. So they moved me to a room I booked for on second floor itwas a terrible experience . I moved out next morning, do not get any refund. I booked for 1 week, stays 3 days, get wet then move out left my luggages there….. How bad : the street, the hotel,especially the staffs- the staffs are real bad. I show them the detail what I booked, what I paid for (I booked few months in advance, and Expedia took the money from my credit card already). Whoever want to book at this hotel, please check if they have a basement). I want to have a good vacation, not to take my time to complain or to write a review.

I am not one to be petty, espically solo traveling in vietnam for the first time, but after all the hotels I have stayed at over my 3 weeks this one was very poor. For starters, the expedia booking claime to show their balcony room with a king bed which was not the case. After then being taken to a downgraded room, it had no TV inside. Additionally the property just isn’t maintained well and had mattresses and things you needed to walk over just to get to your room. After asking for a refund I was denied but then sent to another hotel location. The room they put me in here had a broken A/C unit. After then not getting any sleep that night they were finally able to put me into a room with working A/C at 1pm the next day. As I walk into the room, it reeked of cigarettes, and at this point after not sleeping for 36 hours I just gave up and accepted that was going to be my room. The cherry on top was they put me in room 3.1, which until I was told by the women a cross the street, shines directly into someone’s bedroom. As I go down to eat dinner, the lady across the street was waiting for me to let me know that I had been keeping her awake, which made me feel terrible. It just seems like nothing here was actually preemptive at all. If all of those things were fixed, I guess the location would be fine, but then again, it wasn’t even the one I booked. The new room I had didn’t have any balcony.
